Since 2014, at Foothill Practice Management Solutions we strive to be an extension of our client’s practice by removing the administrative burden that comes with treating patients. We use our combined decades of experience to share knowledge with our clients to help their practices grow. Our team of expert medical coders and administrative support staff are dedicated to building lasting relationships with you, your insurers, and your patients because we believe even the business of medicine deserves a personal touch.

The Foothill Team

Jennifer Neitzel is a certified coder who understands the ins and outs of medical practices. Her background in the insurance and medical billing fields makes her the go-to person for the day-to-day operations of Foothill Practice Management Solutions.

She was a bookkeeper and insurance biller for a doctor’s office before working as a software trainer at a practice management company, developing extensive experience working with different kinds of software. For the past fifteen years, Jennifer has been working in medical billing with multiple specialties, including dermatology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, gastroenterology, internal medicine, and gender confirmation surgery.

Born and raised in California, Jennifer lives in the Tri-Valley area with her husband of 30+ years. They have two adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys solving word puzzles, crocheting and hiking.

Suzanne Callison, CPB

Owner

Suzanne Callison helps medical practices improve processes, and she manages the business side of Foothill Practice Management Solutions.. With a background in finance, Suzanne has the experience to look at numbers and quickly arrive at a useful assessment. In financial reports, she presents data in a format that is understandable, so that doctors can get the most valuable information in a clear way.

In 2004, Suzanne earned her business administration degree with a focus in finance and immediately went to work as an accountant for a global manufacturing company. There, she served as an accountant, a controller, a finance business partner, and internal auditor, as well as a project manager. Suzanne uses her accounting and financing experience to help medical practices improve process flow. Suzanne is also a California native living in the Bay Area with her husband and their cat, Jill. She loves to read and hike the trails near home.
